We specialise in resolving challenging issues whether it is the restoration of a complex set of Grade II listed barns or the redevelopment of a redundant commercial site. We have a particular focus and depth of experience in West Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds.
Opportunities
L.C. Holdings is seeking new sites for redevelopment, with or without planning permission, ranging from a plot for an individual house to greenfield land for a large number of dwellings. We also have lots of experience working successfully with landowners on an option or land promotion basis.
