L.C Homes saw an opportunity to buy an existing house (bungalow) in 0.76 acres of land in the village of Burcot. L.C. Homes sought for planning to demolish the existing house and replace with two detached dwellings, one for 4000 and one for 3600. Planning was granted and the site sold immediately to a private buyer.  The scheme was completed in a year with a GDV of £1,250,000.
