L.C Homes brought a plot existing of an old tennis court to a Manor house in Burcot.  The plot had existing planning in place to convert the building into two semi detached dwellings. It was set within 1.7 acres with Thames river frontage. L.C. Homes sought planning for 2 x 4500 detached houses and sold the site on to another developer. 

The scheme was completed within 12 months, with a GDV of over £2m
