L.C Homes purchased a run down large house with several redundant commercial units behind it that had
been used for the restoration of classic cars.

L.C Homes negotiated a deal with a sitting tenant of the last occupied unit to remove him.

We sold the site on with permission to build three large units over 4,000 sq ft each.
