2020 - 2022 

This scheme combined planning and building expertise. L. C Homes brought a plot of land in the village of Middle Barton, a thriving village close to Woodstock  Chipping Norton and five minutes from Soho Farmhouse.  The plot had existing planning for one dwelling. L.C Homes was successful in swiftly gaining planning for two dwellings and then built them out. The entire project was completed within two years and a GDV of £1.75m.
